This Privacy Policy applies to the Trusted Learning Environment Seal Program (“TLE Program”) Website, which is owned and operated by CoSN (the Consortium for School Networking). The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, retain and use information collected through this website. By visiting this website or by submitting a TLE Program application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information You Submit:

CoSN asks TLE Program users to submit information to us only in certain limited circumstances. For example, when you submit a message to us through the “contact form,” we ask you to provide your name, email address, and phone number. We use this information to process and respond to your questions.

We also collect information when you submit an application for the TLE Program. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address as well as your school system name and responses to the application questions. We use this information to process your application. We also collect certain metrics regarding your school system size and CoSN membership status. This information is aggregated and used to help us better understand the school systems that are participating in the program.

The information you provide to us is transmitted and processed in the United States. Data will be protected subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law, which may be different from the laws in your country.
